Enjoyed the place, had a real good stay on my first night there. I had the single room which was compact and individual by a tablet. Bath sheets and slippers were very handy. Everything was simply perfect.

Pretty much what I expected: a gem hotel, fairly priced. Nice style, neat, favourable location. Sweeping view of forest. Breads, eggs, hot waffles, pastries and cereal for breakfast were much appreciated. The provided service was thoughtful too.

Everything was modern, loved our enjoyable stay. Food was good - lots of options. Exceptional location relatively near a fine and expansive kare-sansui garden. Took a walk around city centre, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The service was amazing, always with a smile

The staff were charming, the bed was very comfy and the food was yummy. Glorious view from the room, excellent room with balcony, high-speed internet and cable programming. Nice location next to Nishiki-Tenmangu Shrine. Irish bar was lovely and fairly priced. The gardens were lovely here. The whole experience was best.

Rooms are fine, cozy beds and ATTENTIVE stuff in the hotel. As we remember, there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Bansan Kyoshoku, set within 5 minutes walk or so.
